Refund policy

At Zennwood Decor, we aim to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Below is our return policy for exchanges and faulty products:

You have 14 days from the day the product is received to initiate a return. Delivery proof is required.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for an exchange (only):

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Items must be returned with original packaging and all tags attached.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

     Initiate Your Return:

  • Email our customer support team at <customercare@zennwooddecor.com> with your order details, delivery proof, and reason for return.
  • For faulty items, include images and/or videos to demonstrate the issue.

Return Shipping:

  • Australian Customers: We cover the initial return shipping fee for exchanges on participating full-priced items only. Any additional exchanges or return shipping fees will be at the customer’s expense.
  • International Customers: Customers outside Australia are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their return.

Label and Shipping:

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide a return label via email (for Australian customers only).
  • Attach the label to your package and drop it off at your nearest Australia Post Office or red post box.
  • International customers will need to arrange their own shipping with a trackable method.

Processing Time:

  • Returns take up to 7 business days to process once the package reaches our warehouse.
  • You will be notified of the outcome via email.

Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty product:

  • You may request an exchange or refund upon inspection.
  • To process a faulty return, we may ask for:
    • Photo ID
    • Images and/or videos clearly showing the fault.
  • Faulty items must be inspected for approval.   
  • If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
