Refund policy
At Zennwood Decor, we aim to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Below is our return policy for exchanges and faulty products:
You have 14 days from the day the product is received to initiate a return. Delivery proof is required.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for an exchange (only):
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Items must be returned with original packaging and all tags attached.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of the original delivery date.
Return Process
Initiate Your Return:
- Email our customer support team at <customercare@zennwooddecor.com> with your order details, delivery proof, and reason for return.
- For faulty items, include images and/or videos to demonstrate the issue.
Return Shipping:
- Australian Customers: We cover the initial return shipping fee for exchanges on participating full-priced items only. Any additional exchanges or return shipping fees will be at the customer’s expense.
- International Customers: Customers outside Australia are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their return.
Label and Shipping:
- Once your return is approved, we will provide a return label via email (for Australian customers only).
- Attach the label to your package and drop it off at your nearest Australia Post Office or red post box.
- International customers will need to arrange their own shipping with a trackable method.
Processing Time:
- Returns take up to 7 business days to process once the package reaches our warehouse.
- You will be notified of the outcome via email.
Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty product:
- You may request an exchange or refund upon inspection.
- To process a faulty return, we may ask for:
- Photo ID
- Images and/or videos clearly showing the fault.
- Faulty items must be inspected for approval.
- If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
